Each Framework takes a defined input, runs it through a structured evaluation process, and produces a defined output. Not an argument to read — an instrument to apply. The frameworks here operationalise the structural arguments in the Arco memo archive. They are published sparingly: a Framework earns its place only when the decision it governs cannot be reliably made without a structured tool.
