Ghost Trial
A simulated production run in which representative data is passed through live business logic in parallel with real operations — the mechanism by which Continuous Regression Loops detect Logic Decay before it reaches the revenue loop.
A Ghost Trial is a shadow execution: the same logic gates, the same agent workflows, the same integration layers that handle real transactions — but fed with representative simulated data rather than live customer data. The Ghost Trial produces outputs that can be compared against expected parameters. When those outputs deviate, the deviation is logged and surfaced for architectural review. When they remain within expected ranges, the trial confirms that the live logic is still calibrated for the current data environment.
