The ratio was real. The Headcount Decoupling it expressed was not embedded in the architecture — it was embedded in the people who knew how to compensate for the architecture’s gaps.
The internal signature of Key-Man Risk in a high-performing autonomous business is counterintuitive: it is invisible during normal operation. The system is running. MTTI is exceeding 72 hours. Why retrospective documentation does not eliminate Key-Man Risk
